so tomorrow, Monday, I'm sending off the required items for the processing of our visas. I'm also sending some papers that have to be signed and notarised off to our agency. I've completed filling out the initial travel form with the travel agency being used. G and I put together a small box of just a few things to send over to the Wanzhou SWI for Autumn (and a little something for the nannies).
G had the baby shower on Saturday and had alot of fun. I straightened up around the house and cleaned out some things from Autumn's room. We're very excited and obviously a little bit anxious with everything up-coming. We've both been online checking out sites and info on Chongqing. Lots of wonderful people (you know who you are) have left little bits of info on their experiences and their girls from Chongqing. We really appreciate it. It helps to give us alittle bit of insight.
This week will probably not be as eventful as this last week, but I'm sure we'll be hearing from the travel agency and maybe from our agency just verifying and checking up on things. My goal for this week (well the main one) is to decide on a pediatrician and set up a meeting so we can go over what info we do have on Autumn and get the doctor's opinions and recommendations on the trip and bringing Autumn home. G has a couple of things she's going to accomplish as well. We're still joking about how everything had been so slow and drawn out...we felt like we had time for things and didn't have to do everything right away since we weren't sure when anything was going to happen...but since referral on the 3rd, everything's feeling like "whooosh!" and we're like "Crap! we need to do (list of things)!" LOL it's just that whole weird perspective of time and space that gets me.
well, i'm just ready to get through this week. i can at least wrap my head around that concept. :)

Hi T and G-
How are you enjoying the whirlwind?? Isn't it fun?
Here is the address of the N. Denver playgroup that I told you about at CCAI on that wonderful day when you received Autumn's pic and we received Alexandra's pic!!
There is at least one other family from GVR in this playgroup. They meet one Saturday of the month.
