Introducing Autumn Rose Chunlan Davis!

Gwyn and Todd proudly introduce:

Autumn Rose Chunlan Davis

Her birthdate is 9.4.2005 and as of May/July '06 she was in wonderful health and becoming quite the personality. She was also quite dexterous as well. She loves music and is a restless soul. Perfect for our family. She is very expressive as can be seen by that face. :)

She is from Chongqing and has been at the Wanzhou Orphanage since she was brought there. In July she was 26.5in tall (she was already standing up) and about 16.5lbs. She looks to be quite the character from these pics so we know she's our daughter and she's going to fit quite well in our extended family.

Her given name was Wan Chun Lan. Chun Lan means "spring orchid".
Gwyn says she's definitely her little hippie chick flower girl. hehe :)

thank you all for your support and caring. we look forward to sharing the rest of the ride with you and being there for those of you still waiting. :)

She's very cute! She reminds me of Lisa and Eammon's daughter (http://babyshanahan.blogspot.com/) and it looks like she's from the same SWI!

Congratulations! She looks very wise. Following your journey really helps me (and others, I imagine) endure my own wait for the CCAA (LID 4/29/06). Thank you!

Hey guys,

I joined the yahoo group for our orphanage. A family submitted some pictures of the orphanage when they were there in 9/2006. Some of the pictures show the babies in the one year old room. Who knows, you might catch a glimpse of Autumn.

That first photo reminds me of "Luke, may the force be with you...."

:o)

She's awesome T&G! They do change a lot between referral photos and when you first meet her, but definitely for the better (as if). But you'll know her.

Best of Luck,
PT
