now we're hearing that the CCAA hasn't sent the referrals yet and our agency is hoping they send them any day. other agencies apparently aren't as optimistic and don't think we'll see them until sometime later next week.
WTF?! (pardon my french)
the wife and I both agreed that this wouldn't be near as frustrating and bad if we were just still waiting to see if we were going to make it into the match group...or if we knew that they were still working on referrals. However...we know the CCAA is done matching. this was done apparently about this time last week as far as anyone can tell. We know we've been matched and we have a daughter out there waiting for us. What's so difficult now is that we know this and we can't see her face for the first time yet. we can't discover where she's at or what area she's from. we can't discover what she's like and what name she was given and what it means. and no one seems to know why those referrals haven't been sent yet or when the may possibly arrive.
that is what's hurting our hearts.
