well since we just recently had the last referral group go out (6/16/05 to 6/28/05), there's not much going on. There's a very interesting thread on the Rumour Queen site (chinaadopttalk.com) under "research china's latest blog entry." but other than that...nothing really. no talk of next month's (july's) referral group.
so I was messing around with numbers...decided I am definitely not good with those...and figured I'd just go with head and heart and gut feelings. So here goes:
July's group: 6/29/05 through 7/14/05
August's group: 7/15/05 through 7/27/05
September's group: 7/28 through 8/16
gonna give my self =+/- 2 days on this....

Ug, three months to get through July? That makes me sad :o(
just playing it safe...and it is a gut feeling. considering that from different polls it looked like July and Aug were light the first half of the month and heavy with LIDs the second half...and our agency (large one) told me they had roughly the same amount of LIDs for July as June. I wouldn't put it past the CCAA to "bog down" a bit going through the last half of July considering...repeating what they did with June.
Just don't want to get my hopes up tooooooo much.
with a LID of 8/10 of course I want to see the CCAA get through like 4 weeks this next group and make August a possibility for a referral month. :) but I'm just not sure they're going to do that big of a turn around.
You are realistic and I am really just hoping to travel before the end of the year! Our I171H expires mid December. I have no desire to redo it ...

right there with you...our I-171H expires 12/6 and we have to be matched by Sept (as you may as well) to avoid the re-do. I have a feeling alot of us with I-171Hs expiring in Dec are 'on the bubble' and this next match group coming in a few weeks is going to be huge in determining our luck. let's keep our fingers crossed!! :)
